GBUK Group has acquired GS Medical Limited<\/a>, a full-service medical device company based in Dublin. They specialise in single-use, own-brand and third-party medical devices across the endoscopy, infection, wound care and surgery categories.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2004, GS Medical has built a well-respected brand in Ireland, developing market-leading shares in its core categories. In 2021, the company launched a UK division, which has grown rapidly via sales of its wound care portfolio to both the NHS and the UK private market.<\/p>\n

GS Medical is GBUK\u2019s third acquisition since AMCE\u2019s investment in December 2023. This step continues the company\u2019s key strategic objective of strengthening product presence into new therapeutic areas.<\/p>\n
