The device is indicated for emergency use to prevent the stoma of a gastrostomy patient from closing, when a gastrostomy device has unintentionally displaced, or between gastrostomy device changes.
- Tapered tip for ease of insertion and patient comfort
- Soft silicone material
- DEHP and latex free
- For short term use (60 minutes to 30 days)
- Device dimensions suitable to maintain the gastrostomy tract once inserted
- Preventing premature closure or loss of the gastrostomy tract
