- Universally compatible – Standard luer connector, and secure tip cap to ensure no touch contamination of the syringe luer connector

Pre-filled syringes have been found to reduce the risk of:

The Secura-flush™ Sterile fluid path is designed for flushing vascular access devices that are not in a sterile field. The Secura-flush™ Externally Sterile is designed for flushing vascular access devices within a sterile field, or for immunocompromised patients.
All Secura-flushTM Pre-Filled Syringes contain 0.9% sodium chloride (0.9% NaCl). Intravenous (IV) flushes using pre-filled syringes are administered before and after giving all IV medications, as per hospital protocols. They ensure IV devices are cleared and free of obstruction, while maintaining catheter patency Available in double sterile (Gamma) and Sterile fluid path (Steam) options
