For publications that will be distributed outside the United Kingdom, include only the ™ symbol along with the appropriate trade mark attribution notice, for example: FloJac & Nutricare are trade marks of GBUK Group Ltd., registered in the UK and other countries and regions.
The list also includes a suggested generic term for each trade mark. For all publications, include an appropriate generic term after the trade mark the first time it appears. Thereafter, the generic term should appear frequently with the trade mark. (These generic terms are only suggestions, and there may be other words that are equally appropriate).
The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of GBUK Group’s trade mark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.
