Unsolicited Ideas Policy

Throughout our history, GBUK Group has built lasting relationships with people who share our goal to Enhance Patient Care. Like us, they are creative and have ideas that they want to share, to make a difference. As much as we appreciate sharing ideas, GBUK Group has a long-standing policy to not accept or consider any unsolicited ideas for products, product improvements, product technologies, product names, marketing strategies, slogans, creative materials, etc. (all of the foregoing “Submissions”). The reason for this policy is to avoid the potential for future misunderstandings or disputes regarding intellectual property ownership.

If, after reviewing our policy, you still choose to send us a Submission, then regardless of what your correspondence says, the following terms will apply to your submissions. You agree that your Submission and its contents:
  1. Will automatically become the property of GBUK Group, without any compensation to you and you agree to sign such documents as we may reasonably require in order to confirm this.
  2. May be used or redistributed for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis.
  3. There is no obligation for GBUK Group to review, acknowledge, or return any materials relating to the Submission/s.
  4. There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
