Customer Service / Order Processing Administrator

The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and confidential high level of administrative and customer support to both customers and internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders accurately
  • Providing first line support to resolve customers’ queries via incoming calls and emails or pass them on to the appropriate department
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved in a polite and timely manner
  • Complete administration duties as required

Our essential requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience of general office administration and working environment
  • Good standard of English and Maths


  • Working knowledge of computer software including Dynamics and other Microsoft programmes but full training will be given

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary £21,500 rising to £22,500 on successful completion of probation
  • Monday – Friday 37.5 (exact hrs to be confirmed between 7.30 am and 5.30pm )
  • 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holiday
