Accurately measuring the stoma length is critical when placing and/or replacing a low profile percutaneous enteral feeding device. Balloon Stoma Measuring Devices (BSMD) feature the same apple-shaped balloon as our feeding tubes. When placing the AMT line of devices, it is best to use our BSMD to ensure the stoma is properly measured.
