Cannulas
GBUK Vascular offers a range of essential cannulas. Key products include the Nouvo Safety Set, Polywin PolySafety Blood Control, PolySafety Adva, and the Safety Winged Infusion Set, designed to provide reliable vascular access solutions in the UK.
Our Safety range utilises a self-activating safety mechanism which prevents needlestick injury. The needle safety guard material creates less friction during needle removal which fully encapsulates the needle bevel, minimising exposure to blood.
The PolySafety Adva flashback technology enables the quick visualisation of blood flow through the needle along with the catheter body confirms successful venepuncture, compared to the traditional cannula which confirms venepuncture in the chamber.
Our Safety Winged Infusion Set contains a short Japanese steel needle, which aids a smooth atraumatic insertion. The needle shield easily slides over the needle until it securely locks into a closed system, preventing needlestick injury. Available in a range of sizes which have flexible, colour coded wings for ease of use and a 30cm PVC tubing which is ideal for short term infusions.
GBUK Vascular’s range is free of latex, phthalate and DEHP.
